It is worth noting that Christian Cueva was not called up for the friendly matches that the Peruvian National Team will have against Colombia and Chile, respectively, in November. Ricardo Gareca explained the reasons for his decision.
According to the coach of the Peruvian National Team, Cueva's non-call-up is justified by the fact that the player must first solve his problems and then think fully about his sports career.
