Incredible, but true
Jesús Álvarez has stopped being the coach of José Gálvez, after four days in the position in the city of Chimbote.
"After the scandal of the partying of some Galvez players, the coach did not accept and chose to resign, for feeling a lack of seriousness," said José Gálvez on his Facebook.
According to RPP, "the team was discovered at a party following their recent defeat at home against Sport Áncash (0-1) in the Copa Perú."
This, the media adds, generated the anger and subsequent resignation of Jesús Álvarez, who wrote on Twitter: "Discipline is not negotiable."
"Edwin Herrera will continue as the team's coach, who has a tough commitment this Wednesday (8:00 p.m.) in Huaraz (against Sport Áncash)," informed José Gálvez.
