Wants more. Kevin Quevedo arrived at Jorge Chavez Airport, just like his teammates from the Peruvian National Team, to head to the United States, where they will play FIFA friendly matches against Ecuador and Brazil. The Alianza Lima forward knows that it is a unique opportunity and is willing to make the most of it.
"It's my first call-up. I am very happy and grateful to the coach. I have full confidence; in fact, I know that I will support from outside and if I have to play, I will do things well individually and as a group, under the coach's orders," said Quevedo upon his arrival at the airport for Fox Sports Radio Peru.
In the program, they also debated whether Ricardo Gareca should or should not play the Alianza forward as a '9', considering his performances as a goalscorer in the local tournament. They even mentioned the good operation of that system in Pablo Bengoechea's team, taking into account that they already have two players in that position: Adrian Balboa and Federico Rodriguez.
