The Peruvian National Team has achieved great accomplishments in recent years under the leadership of Ricardo Gareca; it is a team that is becoming increasingly consolidated, but one issue that concerns many is the age of some players.
In a press conference, Ricardo Gareca assured that the generational change is not a concern for the technical direction as he is convinced of the quality of the players he has.
"The generational change is not a concern for us, today we have great forwards like Guerrero, Farfán, Ruidíaz, Reyna. I know that some do not enjoy credibility, but we are convinced of what we believe in them. That is not a concern for us," affirmed the coach of the national team.
It is important to highlight that now the Peruvian National Team will focus on the upcoming friendly matches they have scheduled for the Qatar 2022 Qualifiers.
The next match for the national team will be against Brazil in the United States. The match is scheduled for September 10th at the Memorial Coliseum and tickets are already on sale.
