After Juan Jose Ore's departure from the Peruvian Football Federation, the coach's son used his social media to accuse Daniel Ahmed, Head of the Youth Technical Unit, of humiliating and mistreating his father.
"My old man no longer works at the FPF. After 17 years of hard and dedicated work, where he always gave everything for the kids he trained, where he fought thousands of times for his rights and for more support, and where he was never treated fairly despite his achievements," wrote Juan Pablo Ore Roldan on his Facebook account.
He mistreated him
Juan Jose Ore's son stated that Daniel Ahmed did not face him and told his father that they would reduce his salary via WhatsApp.
"My dad doesn't mind leaving. Maybe it was his time. I don't know. But what does hurt him is the way he was treated. What would you think and how would you feel if they tell you at your current job 'we need you, we want to count on you, you're important to us, but now we'll only pay you 40% of your salary'? What would your friends say? Would you feel humiliated? That's what happened to my father," he said.
"Mr. Ahmed (who by the way, hasn't won anything anywhere, except for a championship with Cristal and who always had the doors of my house open to him), who returned to the FPF as their 'boss', proposed this and didn't have the guts to do it in person. Is WhatsApp the way? How much do you think Mr. Ahmed earns at the FPF? Without having won anything, he earns much, much more than what my father ever earned when he was a World Cup player, South American champion, and Olympic champion," he claimed.
