Luis Abram
is getting ready for his debut in the Argentine Superliga with Vélez Sarfield this weekend and has already chosen the number he will wear for his debut. The center-back for the Peruvian national team will wear the number 29 on his back, just like he did at Sporting Cristal.
Vélez Sarfield announced Luis Abram's decision on their social media accounts. The center-back is satisfied with that number and hopes to use it on Saturday when he faces Defensa y Justicia in the Argentine tournament.

Luis Abram is one of the eight reinforcements that Gabriel Heinze's team wanted to bring in for the 2018 season. Vélez Sarfield is currently in an uncomfortable position in the table (19th place) and needs to turn around their situation to aim for an international qualification.
Therefore, Vélez Sarfield's bet on Luis Abram is significant. The club bought 80% of the Peruvian defender's transfer rights from Sporting Cristal and signed a contract with the player until June 2021.
