The Bolivian national team arrived in Peruvian soil this Wednesday morning.

The Bolivian national team arrived in Lima on Wednesday for the qualifying match against Peru, and their goalkeeper Carlos Lampe stated that they will try to win back the points they lost due to a FIFA sanction ratified by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS).

Upon arriving at the Jorge Chavez International Airport, Lampe told reporters, "The TAS is over, we need to look forward," referring to the decision that upheld FIFA's sanction for improper alignment of a player in matches against Peru and Chile.

The Chilean Huachipato goalkeeper added, "We will try to win back the points on the field."

About their rival on Thursday, Carlos Lampe affirmed, "Peru is a great team, they proved it in the last Copa America. They might not have their most dangerous player (forward Paolo Guerrero), but they have others who are in a good moment."
