Unfortunate blow for Yasser Corona
Yasser Corona received a devastating blow towards the end of the Copa MX match between Xolos de Tijuana and Corrrecaminos, on Matchday 3, which caused convulsions and left spectators speechless, expressing concern for the player's health.

Without socks or boots, Yasser was taken to Del Prado Hospital directly from the Caliente stadium, located about 500 meters away.
There is still no official medical report; however, after the final whistle, Miguel Herrera, the team's coach, commented, "Yasser (Corona) was already conscious; let's hope it's nothing serious."
In addition, Ignacio 'Nacho' Palou, the team's sports director, confirmed that "Yasser is out of danger and even joked with the club's staff at the hospital."
