Club Tijuana de Caliente will welcome Club León to Estadio Caliente on Sunday evening for a Liga MX regular-season match.

Club Leon sits 10th on the Liga MX table, with 10 points thanks to three wins, one draw and five losses in its first nine matches. Club Leon’s 13 goals rank it 12th in the league while it has allowed 17 goals, almost two a match, ranking it 14th.
It’s coming off a dramatic win last week, as Jaine Barreiro found the back of the net in the 91st minute to beat San Luis and secure three points. That ended a stretch of just one win in its previous four matches.
Federico Vinas leads Club Leon with four goals and two assists, along with a team-leading 17 shots. Angel Mena has added three goals and three assists in the nine matches played to date.

Club Tijuana has struggled so far this season, positioned 16th on the table with just five points, all from draws. It ranks 15th in Liga MX with eight goals, 0.9 per match, and 10th defensively, having allowed 14 goals in nine matches.
Efrain Alvarez and Carlos Gonzales both lead with two goals and an assist so far this season. Gonzales has a team-leading 16 shots.
