It was a matter of time. A video shows someone dressed up as the "Joker" dancing on the stairs of the city of Cusco. The video didn't take long to become a trend on the Internet.
The scenes captured in the imperial city show the Joker doing the same dance steps as the character from DC Comics did in Todd Phillips' film starring Joaquin Phoenix.
Doing the Joker dance has become a trend in Latin America with the hashtag #JokerChallenge. The viral challenge consists of doing the same steps as the character in Warner Bros' recent film.
One of the first #JokerChallenge videos that went viral on the Internet was recorded in Mexico, precisely in the city of Monterrey. Since then, several Joker fans have repeated the dance steps in their own style.
