Roberto Medina announced this morning his list of 21 called-up players for the Mexican Women's National Team's tour in Turkey from February 25th to March 8th. The surprise was the return of Renae Cuéllar and the absence of Lucero Cuevas, the top scorer of America Women's and the Women's MX League.

The tricolor squad will travel to Europe this Sunday and there they will be joined by Cristina Ferral, Charlyn Corral, Greta Espinosa, Bianca Sierra, and Stephany Mayor.

Latvia on the 28th, Jordan on March 2nd, and Poland on the 4th of the same month will be the opponents of Medina's team, who is still waiting for a fourth opponent to close the preparation tour in Turkey on March 6th.

Only six players from the Women's MX League were called up; Cecilia Santiago from America, Nancy López and Nayeli Rangel from Tigres, Mónica Ocampo and Karla Nieto from Pachuca, and Tania Morales from Chivas. Kenti Robles was not considered due to injury.

Bianca Moreno, Stephany Mejía, Vanessa Flores, Mónica Flores, Natalia Gómez-Junco, María Guadalupe Sánchez, Kiana Angélica Palacios, and Alicia Johnson are the selected players who complete Medina's squad.
