Nahuel's key mistakes are not something new in Tigres.

The Argentine goalkeeper was involved in both goals for Herediano in the Concacaf Champions League.

The quality of the Tigres goalkeeper, Nahuel Guzmán, under the three posts has led him to be considered by the Argentina National Team, however, the goalkeeper has made specific mistakes with the felines in key matches that have cost them positive results.

ESPN Digital presents some of Guzman's most costly mistakes.

Concacaf Round of 16 2018 - Herediano vs. Tigres

Once again, the Argentine goalkeeper fell victim to a bad move in a set piece play, which allowed Herediano to come back. Then, a few minutes before the end of the match, Nahuel tried to clear the ball but a player from the Costa Rican team managed to deflect its trajectory, leaving Guzman's goal wide open and Jairo Arrieta scored without any problem.

Apertura Final 2017 - Tigres vs. Rayados

Tigres hosted Rayados in the first leg of the 'Regia Final' and Guzmán once again became a negative protagonist by making a mistake that cost his team a goal. In a corner kick play, Nahuel had a bad clearance that allowed Nico Sánchez to score the first goal with a header.

Clausura Final 2017 - Tigres vs. Chivas

The first match of the Grand Final took place at El 'Volcán' stadium and the Argentine goalkeeper was key in the two goals scored by the Rebaño Sagrado. In the first goal, Guzmán cleared a corner kick poorly, punching the ball and leaving it for Alan Pulido to easily push it into the net. In the second goal, in a similar fashion, Nahuel once again cleared a shot from Pulido poorly, and this time Rodolfo Pizarro took advantage to put the score at 0-2.

In the second leg, in a long-range shot, he attacked the ball poorly and left the rebound to Franco Jara who just pushed it in.

In the first leg, Osvaldo Martínez sent a cross to the far post that Guzmán could have intercepted, but there appeared Darío Benedetto to push the ball in. The Regios succumbed 4-1.

Apertura Final 2014 – Tigres vs. América

When the overall score was 3-0 in favor of the Águilas, at the 72nd minute he decided to leave his goal area when Michael Arroyo was dribbling the ball, he slid and caused the referee to call a foul and send him off. Tigres lost that final with a 3-1 overall score.
