It hasn't been easy, but now they are in the Final

The forward of Chivas, Norma Duarte, shed tears when she remembered the path she has had to overcome since she arrived in Guadalajara to join the ranks of the team.

Today Luis Camacho's team is in the Final of the category and the player, who scored a goal in the Semifinal against America at the Azteca Stadium, recounted what she experienced in that moment.

"You go through many circumstances and situations, the truth is to achieve this after everything you have been through, all that suffering that you have endured gives you the result you wanted, that is something very big, very exciting, that's what I can tell you. All those things that made me doubt, that made me suffer, came to mind, but I have left that behind and now I enjoy what I have achieved," she said.

Family has been fundamental in Norma's short career. Today the player fully understands what it means to defend the Chivas shield on any Mexican field.

"Since I arrived here, I realized that this shield weighed a lot. This jersey and this shield make themselves noticed wherever they go. It is truly an honor for me to represent the jersey and the shield of the team I love. It has changed my life," she concluded.
