- Beneficiaries of families using the Security and Opportunities subsystem and families belonging to the Chilean Solidarity subsystem, such as:
- Person with a disability, duly accredited according to the qualification and certification established in Article 13 of Law No. 20,422.
- Student with permanent special educational needs participating in the Ministry of Education's School Integration Program.
- Student enrolled in an educational establishment with a special education modality, recognized by the Ministry of Education.
- Student aged 18 to 24 years and 11 months.
- Minors under 18 years of age.
