Juventus condemned Napoli to defeat (4-3) with an own goal from Senegalese center-back Kalidou Koulibaly in stoppage time, in a match where Carlo Ancelotti's side came close to a remarkable feat after equalizing a match where Napoli were losing 3-0 with less than half an hour left.
But when everything seemed destined for a draw, with a taste of victory for the visitors, Koulibaly's error came at the 92nd minute, as he inadvertently introduced a long free-kick from Juventus into his own goal, without apparent danger.
The error deprived Napoli of a prize for their spectacular comeback. With the entry of Portuguese Mario Rui and especially Mexican Hirving "Chucky" Lozano, who made his Serie A debut this Saturday, the match completely turned around. It seemed destined for a severe defeat.
