Juan Carlos Osorio is a coach who, despite delivering results, his way of working is not liked by the environment in which he operates
One of the main reasons is the rotations he makes in his teams, which originate from the New York Red Bulls.
The Colombian strategist arrived at the New York team in 2008 and surprisingly reached the final of the Western Conference, as he had a very limited team and only the experienced Juan Pablo Angel as a figure.
For the following season, Osorio requested reinforcements; however, the club's sports director, Jeff Agoos, denied the coach's request, stating that there was no money for signings because the Red Bull Arena was being constructed at that time.

The 2009 MLS season started with Juan Carlos Osorio frustrated by the lack of weighty reinforcements for his team, which led him to constantly change the line-ups due to the lack of results.
The current coach of the Mexican National Team could never overcome the differences with Agoos due to the lack of reinforcements, and in addition to poor results, he ended up resigning halfway through that campaign, which marked the beginning of his famous rotations, a trademark of his management.
Despite the difficulties, Juan Carlos Osorio left a great memory in his time in the MLS and is considered a quality coach, so it would not be surprising if in the near future he returns to that league or even takes charge of the United States National Team.
