Iker Casillas is not going through his best moment in Porto.
In recent weeks, goalkeeper José Sá has relegated him to the bench by technical decision of his coach, Sergio Conceição. Precisely about the Portuguese coach, he spoke in an interview with Canal Plus, in which he gave his opinion on a possible signing of Antoine Griezmann to Real Madrid, as well as sending a message to Benzema in which he said the following: "Hopefully you leave the speed and have it on the field."
But the Spanish goalkeeper responded to some questions about his current benching, making clear his professionalism: "All players end up going through the bench, but we have to value and learn from our teammates and realize how lucky we are to be able to play. A team is not just made up of eleven players. I like to train, improve and fight to play."
On the other hand, he was asked about his opinion of his current coach, who has decided to keep him on the bench in recent games: "He is a competitive coach, with a strong and ambitious character. He knows Porto well and the club's need to win titles."
