Angelo Caro, who achieved an Olympic diploma at the 2020 Tokyo Games and is supported by the Athlete Support Program (PAD) of the Peruvian Sports Institute (IPD), stood out in the competition by showcasing his best tricks in the circuit.
The Peruvian received a score of 20.87, which allowed him to reach the top of the podium. Second place went to the Japanese skater Onodera (20.82), and third place to the Slovakian skater Tury (20.45).
"I am happy to have recovered from my injuries and to progress gradually this year, regaining my confidence and security to continue representing Peru," stated Caro on his Instagram account.
"Thank you for your love and support on this journey. I am grateful to every person who believes in my heart," he added.
