With the support of the fans, the Peruvian National Team arrived calmly at their concentration hotel in Barcelona to fully prepare for the decisive playoff match to reach the 2022 Qatar World Cup.

First, the Peruvian National Team will face a friendly match against New Zealand to finalize details for the playoff match. In fact, the same Oceania squad expects to prepare in the same way as the Peruvian team, as they will face their qualification to the 2022 Qatar World Cup against Costa Rica.
The Peruvian team arrived at their concentration hotel at approximately 17:00 hours in Spain, so they will rest throughout the day and then start training on Monday, May 30th.
The Peruvian National Team will be working at the San Cugat Sports Performance Center, and then face New Zealand at the RCDE Stadium in Barcelona. This sports venue is the home stadium of the Espanyol club in LaLiga Santander.

Afterwards, the Peruvian National Team will continue working in Spain until Friday, June 10th, the day they will take their flight to Doha for the decisive match on Monday, June 13th for the World Cup playoff.

The friendly match between Peru and New Zealand will take place on Sunday, June 5th at 10:30 AM Peru time (5:30 PM Spain time) at the RCDE Stadium in Barcelona.
