The Barcelona player, Damián Díaz, has served his 4-match suspension and will be available to play against Libertad this Saturday, October 21st at the Monumental stadium.
"I try not to think about what happened (he was sent off for insults in the match against Cumbayá). I had a few weeks to prepare myself and I am available to the coach. We have errors that need to be corrected and we have been preparing for the weekend's match," said El Kitu in a press conference.

Barcelona leads the second stage of the LigaPro and wants to stay in that position after facing the Loja team: "We have to be precise. I imagine a very defensive game from them, looking for a counter-attack to harm us. We have to make fewer mistakes."
There are 6 matches left to determine the finalist of the tournament and Díaz wants that spot: "All the upcoming matches will be tough, both for us and for the others (the teams also vying for the stage). We want to fight until the end, just like Barcelona does."
He also spoke about Allen Obando, one of the team's attacking prospects: "He is a respectful guy, prepared to seize his opportunity in every match. He will do very well, he is very responsible and he knows what club he is in."
El Kitu dodged one of the questions when asked if he would like the Copa Sudamericana to stay in Ecuador, referring to Liga de Quito's final against Fortaleza. The number 10 responded to the journalist: "I try not to give opinions about another team that is not Barcelona. I'm sorry that I can't help you."
