The National Arbitration Commission will release the VAR audios, but the way it was done is something that Miguel Ángel Loor did not like. The president of the LeaguePro took to his social media to clarify what happened.

The highest authority of LigaPro added: "We are going to clarify things so that there are no shows or misunderstandings. This is not a fight or anything like that. I don't want conflict, just to explain the situation because it is the reality, at least for us; it is simple and straightforward, the teams and LigaPro wanted one thing but unfortunately CNA prefers to do it differently".

Loor detailed the options that the National Arbitration Commission had: "The clubs and LigaPro wanted to invest in arbitration and part of that was to help with the production of VAR audios and VIDEOS. Even one of the ideas we proposed in the interest of absolute transparency is that viewers can listen live to what is said in the VAR during the match broadcast. This saves us post-match editing, which takes time and effort. Another alternative is for LigaPro, as the organizer of the competition and in authorized TV programs, to publish the video with the audio of the plays in which VAR was used. Obviously, this seeks to generate more attention and attract fans to our product".

Also, the president of LigaPro clarified that he does not seek to cause problems between the entities: "I understand, from the FEF statement, that they have authorized (given the CNA's initial stance) the publication of edited audios for didactic purposes and on their own platforms. Obviously, we do not agree with this. The ideal situation is to receive the audios and videos from CNA and have them published by authorized channels. I also understand that, at this moment, CNA would have no problem with this as long as it is simultaneously uploaded to the FEF and LigaPro's social media".

"This is not a fight or anything like that, we simply have different views on the matter. It is correct to say that the FEF has been open-minded and has accepted the publication of audios. My relationship with the president of FEF is cordial and I don't expect to have a problem because of this. I'm clarifying this so that there are no inventions or rumors, even internally. It's normal to disagree and not agree", Miguel Ángel Loor specified again.

"If CNA (those authorized by the regulations) decides to publish only edited audios for didactic purposes, we will comply with that measure, even though we would prefer something else. Besides that, we will continue working and proposing ideas so that, together with the FEF, we can contribute to the growth of our industry", concluded the president of LigaPro on his Twitter account.
