Peruvian National Football Team Draws 1-1 Against Colombia
After losing their debut match in the South American U-20 Championship against Brazil, the Peruvian National Football Team drew 1-1 with Colombia in the second round of Group A.
The Peruvian team took the lead with a goal from Diether Vásquez in the 37th minute, and the Colombians equalized with a goal from Cortés in the 45th minute.
The match took place at the Estadio Olímpico Pascual Guerrero in Cali, in the context of the second round of the U-20 South American Championship.
The home team found the equalizer through Óscar Cortés and held on to the draw until the final whistle.
It is worth noting that after this draw, the Peruvian National Team will seek to take three points against Paraguay on Monday, January 23 at the Estadio Olímpico Pascual Guerrero.
