Argentina vs. Italy: confirmed lineups
The Finalissima 2022 will take place on June 1st at Wembley Stadium in London with the match Argentina vs. Italy. This clash between the Copa America champion and the European champion will start at 1:45 p.m. (Peruvian time). Check here the confirmed lineups of each team.
Lionel Messi will lead the Argentine team against the Azzurra and will seek to extend the streak of 31 consecutive victories; the last time the South Americans lost was against Brazil in the semifinals of the 2019 Copa America. The only one who will miss this match will be Leandro Paredes.
The coach Lionesl Scaloni will place Guido Rodriguez in the midfield instead of the PSG player. Rodrigo De Paul and Giovani Lo Celso will be the other players who will make up that Argentine midfield. In the attack, Ángel Di María will be on one side, Leo Messi on the other, and Lautaro Martínez in the center.

Regarding the Italian team, coach Roberto Mancini will not be able to field his best eleven due to several injuries: Ciro Immobile, Federico Chiesa, Marco Verratti, Lorenzo Insigne, Moise Kean, Andrea Pinamonti, Domenico Berardi, and Nicolò Zaniolo.
'Gigio' Donnarumma will remain in goal, while there will be no changes in the defensive line: Di Lorenzo will be on the right, Emerson on the left, and the center-back pair will be Bonucci and Chiellini, who bids farewell to 'La Nazionale' at the age of 37.
Jorginho will lead the midfield alongside Pessina and Barella. Finally, in the attack, Raspadori will be on the left, Bernardeschi on the right, and Belotti in the center.
