Central Rosario continues its search for Leandro Fernández's successor
The leadership of Rosario Central continues in the search for Leandro Fernández's successor and has already had its first contact with Edgardo Bauza, who has come to lead the Saudi Arabia national team and was left without the World Cup after being dismissed from his position.
El Patón was formed in Canalla in 1977 and had only one stint as the team's coach between 1998 and 2001. He managed them in 151 matches, achieving 63 victories, 39 draws, and 49 defeats.
Among his most important achievements are the 2008 Copa Libertadores and the 2010 Recopa Sudamericana with Liga de Quito, and the 2014 Libertadores with San Lorenzo.
Currently, the former coach of the Argentine National Team lives in Ecuador, where his family is, and is considering the decision to return to Rosario.
The other name that has been added in these hours is that of Antonio Mohamed, recently released from Monterrey after being eliminated in the Liguilla.
