Goldberg rose to fame in the 90s when he walked out with the Universal Champion belt on Sunday, March 5 at WWE Fastlane, but like every hero has a rival, he arrived at RAW to confront him and make it clear that the road to WrestleMania won't be easy for him.
Brock Lesnar came to the WWE ring and, along with Paul Heyman, set a trap for the new champion. In the midst of the confusion, 'The Beast' took Goldberg and applied an 'F5' that left the new monarch of the red brand severely beaten.
Goldberg and Lesnar had already scheduled their fight for WM33, but the former's victory in the main event of Fastlane added more spice to this third showdown between the two WWE icons.
WrestleMania 33 will take place on April 2 at 7:00 pm at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida. Among other confirmed fights, Kevin Owens will fight Chris Jericho, Triple H and Seth Rollins will settle their disputes, and Bray Wyatt will defend the WWE World Championship against AJ Styles or Randy Orton.
