The magazine Muscle and Fitness took advantage of the 2-hour visit Sheamus made to Australia to talk about WWE and his role as "Rocksteady" in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2. We highlight the most outstanding parts of the interview.

-You are the first WWE champion born in Ireland. What memories do you have of winning the title for the first time in 2009?

"It was crazy. I was always sure I was going to win, but I didn't think it would happen so fast. Suddenly, I had the championship belt and my bag weighed about 50 pounds more. It was really great."

-About his role as "Rocksteady" he commented:

"Being on set with Gary Anthony Williams (who plays Bebop), Brian Tee (Shredder), and Bretaña Ishibashi (Karai) was like being in a big family. I was worried that I would be tired from filming and wrestling, but the team made everything so easy for me, it was a lot of fun and it shows in the movie."

How did your experience as a WWE star help in filming some of the movie's action scenes?

"A lot of the acrobatics and choreographies were performed by professionals, but I did very well. There is a scene at the beginning that I really liked, with the participation of a transit van. Stephen Amell (who plays Casey Jones) is very good at this kind of thing and he also gave me some tips."

What's next for Sheamus?

"Right now, I'm in a very good place. I have achieved 4 world heavyweight titles, won the royal battle, and money in the bank. The challenge now is to help some of the new guys who are emerging. I'm very excited to be in the ring with some new fresh opponents and help the next generation of Superstars."

There you have it, dear reader, what do you think of Sheamus' performance in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2? Do you agree that for Sheamus the important thing now is to help the new generation of wrestlers in WWE?
