Canadian legend Bret Hart not happy with WWE

Canadian legend Bret Hart doesn't seem happy with WWE at the moment, and in recent months he has been the most incisive (and authorized) critical voice of those who dare to judge the product. It is revealing that he has not shown enthusiasm for being at WWE Payback on Sunday to accompany Natalya in her match against Charlotte for the WWE Women's Championship. Obviously, after a recent wrist operation, it is understandable that his physique is not in the ideal condition to be under the spotlight, but much of this reluctance may be due to the lack of confidence in the creative team that decides the company's destiny.

Well, the latest to be the target of his reprobation has been none other than Triple H. "The Hitman" was recently interviewed on Notts TV News and made juicy statements, as usual. Among other things, he criticized Hunter's preference for elevating superstars with impressive physiques at the expense of wrestlers with true talent in the ring. Hart was skeptical about the future of WWE with HHH in charge, as he believes that he has always put bodybuilding ahead of the art of professional wrestling.

I always like to be proved wrong, but I have not yet seen anything really great coming from Triple H. It sounds like I'm always bashing him, but he always seems willing to disregard excellence to promote guys with good physiques. They wonder why CM Punk left and why Daniel Bryan ended up injured. Because they squeezed those guys too much. I'm calling it the way it is. Triple H is a former bodybuilder. All he knows is bodies. He believed that Hulk Hogan was the best wrestler in the world. They believe that Ultimate Warrior was the best wrestler in the world because that is what attracts them, but he didn't grow up like me. I was a fan of wrestling. I had wrestling in my blood. Completely, I was a fan of wrestling. Like this year's WrestleMania, there was no quality wrestling on the card. All of the great wrestling was concentrated two days before in NXT TakeOver: Dallas, with Nakamura, Sami Zayn, and, whatever her name is, the Japanese girl who faced Bailey. That's what WrestleMania is all about.

WWE.

The Calgary native was also critical of the excessive prominence at WrestleMania 32 of names who are only part-time in the company.

This year there was a very serious mistake with part-time wrestlers like The Undertaker and Lesnar hogging the main spots and Shane McMahon inside a cage. He is not even a wrestler, fighting The Undertaker and calling himself a wrestler. I don't know how the promoter's son has achieved such prominence to headline a match against The Undertaker. Despite the great work that Taker did to guide him, for me, and from a script perspective, Vince McMahon's son got the main spot, Triple H got the spot of the 1000-time champion. He is the one making the most money, Brock Lesnar is the one making the most money. They work two, three, or five times a year. You see Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens, and Natalya, people who bust their ass day in and day out, week after week, around the world, traveling every day, and they are in the preliminary matches, in the pre-show. There is something wrong with this logic. It annoys me. It offends me. They forget who pulls the cart. These guys do the work all year long and give the money to those guys who are part-time. It's not fair.

Bret Hart seems to have a special authority to speak about the company he still works for, and this is not the first time he has named and shamed those responsible for the malpractice that, according to him, prevails in it. However, this time it's Triple H. Will these statements have a negative impact on Hart's future in WWE?
