WWE's injury list keeps growing
The WWE injury list is reaching absurd numbers, with a large part of the company's roster out of action in the most important season of the year. The latest to seem to have joined the list is the four-time world champion Sheamus.
Today, January 28, Sheamus started his birthday celebrations with a message on his Twitter account where he was seen with a cast on his hand:
You know the celebrations went well when you wake up in a cast… any ideas how it got there? pic.twitter.com/dyxPUNch6X
You know the celebrations went well when you wake up in a cast… any ideas how it got there?
From what can be inferred from the tweet, Sheamus was celebrating his birthday yesterday, and although the injury could have occurred before or during the celebration, it is also possible that it is a joke by the Irishman, as there is no additional information available at this time.
Currently, WWE is going through a concerning situation regarding the number of injured wrestlers, including John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Cesaro, King Barrett, Randy Orton, and Seth Rollins. Therefore, losing Sheamus, the leader of The League of Nations, at this moment could mean a change in the mid-card of WrestleMania.
What do you think? Should WWE take new measures regarding the management of injuries?
