In his speech, he mentioned that his retirement depends on how his health improves once his eye heals. However, Dominik interrupted him to threaten Rollins: "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth."
The supposed retirement is being used to introduce Dominik as an active wrestler in the company. We remember that both of them teamed up (unofficially) at Survivor Series 2019, when they applied a 619 to the champion at that time, Brock Lesnar.
