Former WWE wrestler, Shad Gaspard, part of the old tag team Cryme Time, is missing after entering a beach in California with his son.
According to TMZ, Shap was swimming with his son at Venice Beach when a strong current arrived. A group of lifeguards went to the aid of all the swimmers on the beach, but the wrestler asked them to rescue his 10-year-old first.
When the lifeguards tried to return for Shad, a big wave hit him and he was not seen again. This happened at 4:00 p.m. local time on Sunday.
According to CBS, helicopters and divers from the Los Angeles Fire Department searched for him for 3 hours, unfortunately without success.
The wrestler's wife, Siliana, posted a message on her Instagram asking for help in the search.
During Shad's time in WWE, he formed a team with JTG called Cryme Time. The group lasted for approximately four years, although they did not win any tag team championships in the company.
