This Sunday night, WWE celebrated a new edition of the event Money in the Bank, which has as its main attraction the ladder match for the briefcase that grants a title opportunity for a championship. However, one fact caught the attention of fans strongly in addition to the result: Baron Corbin threw Rey Mysterio and Aleister Black from the top of the company's corporate building.
When the wrestlers reached the roof of the tower to reach the MITB briefcase, King Corbin (in his villain role) grabbed both wrestlers and threw them off the building. Their fall is not shown, but given how the match was developing, it is assumed they fall from a height of no less than 7 floors.
This fact triggered two major movements on social media: the usual memes about "the death" of Rey Mysterio and Aleister Black live, but also serious posts thinking that this is real.
The British channel BT Sport (which broadcasts the show in England) launched a £10,000 reward mission for the person who brings Baron Corbin to justice. They claim that hundreds of people have contacted them on social media to ask about the health status of both wrestlers.
