The road to WrestleMania begins in January. WWE is getting everything ready to celebrate a new edition of Royal Rumble this Sunday, January 26, its first major event of the year. As usual, the main fight will be the 30-man battle royal.
The 33rd version of the PPV will take place at the Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas, and will have two winners (one woman and one man) who will challenge the top champions of the women's and men's divisions, respectively, of RAW and SmackDown, in the biggest event of the year. The challenge is to survive the 30 stars that will be inside the ring in the fights.
The male case is the most anticipated for the surprises it will have. The first wrestler to enter will be Brock Lesnar, the current RAW champion. Challenging, he assures that he will win the battle. Currently, there are five positions still unnamed that could house the return or debut of mysterious wrestlers, and the rumors do not stop. Edge, John Cena, or CM Punk themselves could appear and make that night historic.
