Fans always want to see the title fights of their favorite superstars, however it seems that WWE doesn't think the same. Well, it turns out that the reigning WWE Universal champion, Bray Wyatt, had his first title match against the former champion Seth Rollins, but it happened in a 'dark match' (non-televised match), after the end of WWE Monday Night RAW.
It turns out that at the end of the last edition of WWE Monday Night RAW, when the wrestlers of the red brand were facing the NXT roster, the broadcast of the red brand show ended.
However, after that, a match was announced between the current Universal champion, Bray Wyatt (who had not participated in the entire show) and the former champion Seth Rollins, inside a steel cage.
Although the match didn't last long, Seth Rollins impressed with some of his stomps. Just like in Hell in a Cell, 'the architect' couldn't win by pinfall.
'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt caught Seth Rollins with 'Sister Abigail' and took home the victory, in what would be his first defense of the WWE Universal title.
Let's remember that Bray Wyatt won the WWE Universal title by defeating Seth Rollins in the Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia.
Bray Wyatt belongs to the SmackDown roster and this Friday he will surely have something to say, following his coronation as WWE Universal champion.
