A few days ago, the media reported that the younger of the Hardy brothers was arrested for being "drunk and disabled," which is why he was taken to the Myrtle Beach Police Department.
And now they have released more information regarding this case. According to the reports, Jeff was found "unconscious on a public stairway reeking of alcohol" before the police arrived to arrest him.
According to TMZ, official reports indicate that Hardy admitted to consuming "a little vodka" before his arrest. He was able to get out by paying a $200 bail.
At the moment, Jeff Hardy is recovering from a right knee injury, after undergoing surgery in May. Despite this incident, everything indicates that he will continue working for WWE.
It is necessary to remember that Vince McMahon's company issued a statement the day after Jeff's arrest stating that he "is solely responsible for his own actions."
