Shawn Michaels to appear in WWE UK Tournament
Although eight years have passed since his retirement, Shawn Michaels remains one of WWE's icons. This was demonstrated on the 25th anniversary of RAW, the last show in which the former world champion appeared.
For this reason, WWE has decided to call him for another major event. Through a statement, the company confirmed that Shawn Michaels will be present at the second tournament of the company in the UK, to be held on June 18th.
However, Shawn Michaels will not be the only legend to appear, as WWE also announced that Triple H will attend the event in the UK. Thus, the members of DX will stir up the Royal Albert Hall in London.
For Shawn Michaels, this event will mean his return to the iconic venue where he fought in the first match that WWE held at the Royal Albert Hall in 1991. That time, 'HBK' and Marty Jannetty teamed up to fight The Nasty Boy.

It should be noted that the winner of the WWE UK Tournament will challenge Pete Dunne, the division's champion, at the Royal Albert Hall. In addition, the different titleholders of NXT (Adam Cole, Shayna Baszler and The Undisputed Era) will be defending their crowns.
