Goldberg opens the possibility of returning to WWE
When it seemed impossible, Goldberg returned to WWE after 12 years in 2016. Although his second stint in the company was only six months, he managed to have a rivalry against Brock Lesnar and win the Universal title against Kevin Owens.
And after over a year since his last fight at WrestleMania 33, Goldberg left open the possibility of returning to WWE. This is what the new member of the Hall of Fame revealed in a recent interview with the New York Post.
"If I never return to the ring, I'll be happy. Would I like to do it again? Who knows! It would have to be done in the right way. I would love to do it for my son, everyone knows that. But in the end, I have to be smart about it," said Goldberg.
"There's no doubt that it should be the right opponent. What I was able to achieve in WWE was truly special, and I don't want to erase any of that. Much less devalue my place in the Hall of Fame or the fans' perception," he added.

It should be noted that Goldberg was the main wrestler of the 2018 class of the WWE Hall of Fame. Additionally, he held two world titles, the heavyweight and the Universal title.
