The traditional stage of the Shin-Kiba 1st RING in Tokyo was the venue for the "Vajra 63 - Utage" event of the independent Pro Wrestling BASARA company.
In a tag-team match, Trans Am ★ Ryuichi and SAGAT defeated Yasu Urano and Takato Nakano. Trans-Am ★ Ryuichi continues to pay homage to Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi by using his Perfect Plex to win his matches. Ryuichi even shouted Hiroshi's name while executing the move.
In the main event, Isami Kodaka defended the Union Pro MAX Championship for the fifth time, responding to the challenge of Takumi Tsukamoto.
Kodaka was still celebrating his victory when he was attacked by Naoki Tanizaki, who took away the belt and announced that on May 3rd, at a function that will take place in Korakuen Hall, he will compete for this championship. He also stated that if he conquers the Dove Championship, he will also defend it on that day to become a double champion.
