The Young Bucks demonstrate on every occasion why a legend like Shawn Michaels wants to have them in WWE. Honor Rising was the latest example, with two victories on the two days of the event, which evidenced their dominance. And finally, they announced their move to the heavyweight category, after having to listen to Kenny Omega and Kota Ibushi self-proclaim themselves as the best tag team in the world. Thus, a new clash of categories is already scheduled for Strong Style Evolved.

During a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Matt and Nick Jackson reflected on the golden moment they are living. Although the first confessed that they never turned a deaf ear to criticism.

"We have built a career with a weight on our shoulders. Is that why we work so hard? To prove others wrong? Our skeptics have diminished, but they are still present".

Contrary to what those "skeptics" thought, not performing the "Too Sweet" gesture has not been a blow to their popularity.

"People said our careers were over when they took away the 'Too Sweet' gesture. Now, it doesn't even look weird that we don't do it. People said we only knew how to work one style. Then we completely turned it around. People said the Bullet Club had hit its peak. And here we are, still helping to make it interesting and popular".

Their show Being The Elite was the next topic, and they were very proud of it. Nick explains that he didn't expect such an impact when they started the project.

"I always knew this would be important to us, but I wasn't sure it would be this big. Originally, I wanted everything to be recorded like a documentary every week, but Matt thought about adding stories and I think that's what made it reach the impact we never thought it would have. It's pretty fun to watch and I feel flattered sometimes when someone tells me they watch it every week".
