The exciting SmackDown Live this week has modified the card for Fastlane 2018, which will take place on March 11th: Baron Corbin and Dolph Ziggler were included in the match for the WWE world title.
In this new edition of the WWE blue show, Baron Corbin and Dolph Ziggler earned their right to be present in the Fastlane match by defeating Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, respectively. So now the title will be up for grabs in a five-way match, with the four mentioned wrestlers and champion AJ Styles.
On the other hand, Bobby Roode issued an open challenge to defend his WWE United States title. And although Randy Orton appeared to accept it, Jinder Mahal entered shortly after to join the fray. Suddenly, the 'Viper' hit the Singh Brother with an RKO and the 'Maharaja' responded with a Khalass.
Meanwhile, in the women's division, Charlotte Flair had another encounter with Sarah Logan, who despite being accompanied by The Riott Squad, could not avoid defeat against the former WWE champion.
In the tag team division, The New Day came out to have fun in the ring by doing a pancake eating challenge for Big E. Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin appeared to spoil the party, but would end up being defeated by the eccentric trio.
