Cesaro's Journey in WWE
In 2014, Vince McMahon, the head of WWE, stated in an interview that Cesaro lacked the ability to connect with fans.
As he revealed in a recent interview on All Things Wrestling Radio, the Swiss Superman couldn't disagree more with his boss's words and decided to take matters into his own hands at the first opportunity.
"I heard what he said while driving to a show in another city. I didn't like it because I couldn't disagree more. The next day, I went to his office and said, 'I accept the challenge.' That's how I handle things. I think everything has gone well for me since then."
Changing topics, but still within the same interview, the former Raw Tag Team Champion explained why he broke the plastic ball at SummerSlam 2017 during his title match for the red brand.
Cesaro claims that while he, his partner Sheamus, and the current champions Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins were giving their all in the ring, some fans started playing with the ball.
From his days in the independent circuit to becoming one of WWE's finest, the wrestler whose real name is Claudio Castagnoli has always shown his immense talent.
