The Story of Víctor Aravena's Bronze Medal

The story will tell that on July 25th, Víctor Aravena was fourth until 50 meters before the finish line and that after running 4950 meters, he had the strength to leave a competitor behind and give Chile a new bronze medal in Toronto 2015.

Because the final of the 5000 meters was legendary. Aravena saw the opportunity in the last stretch, realized that the Brazilian could no longer hold on, and decided to sprint with what he had left. And it paid off.
