Santiago Wanderers made a move in the market . This Tuesday, the port club confirmed that David Pizarro will return to the club where he was formed.
The midfielder left Chile in 1998 after being bought by Udinese and had a brief return of six months on loan to Universidad de Chile in 2001. He then returned to Europe and had standout spells at Roma, Manchester City, and Fiorentina, among others.
It is announced that Pizarro will be presented this Friday at the Elías Figueroa Stadium for the final stage of his illustrious career, at 35 years old.
