Just last May 2nd in Smackdown, Chris Jericho left WWE after Kevin Owens took away the WWE United States Championship from him
The rumors about a possible return to WWE started immediately, since Jericho is undoubtedly one of the best wrestlers in the company's history. And although the wrestler himself has commented that his return to the company should be full-time to support the new generations of wrestlers, the truth is that surprisingly the gladiator will be on Wednesday, June 28th at the presentation that the Raw cast will have in Singapore.
That's right, the company itself has confirmed on its website that Jericho will be with Finn Bálor, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Bray Wyatt and the rest of the cast of the red brand.
Jericho's return is due to the break in the world tour of his band, Fozzy, during the months of July, August, September and most of October. Jericho will also be working with WWE during his two dates in Tokyo, Japan, on June 30th and July 1st.
It is currently unknown whether taking advantage of this break, the gladiator could return to television, or if he will work on other tours or if it will only be this one.
Jericho will be facing Big Cass in Singapore, on the 30th there will be a dream match when he fights against Hideo Itami, while on July 1st he will be part of a match where the WWE Intercontinental Championship is being disputed between the current champion Dean Ambrose, Jericho himself, The Miz, and Finn Bálor.
In addition to Chris Jericho, another addition to the Raw cast for this Eastern tour is the NXT Women's Champion, Asuka. The local Akira Tosawa will also be present.
