The Government of Peru announced the delivery of the Food Bonus that seeks to benefit millions of vulnerable Peruvians in the face of rising prices of basic necessities and the COVID-19 pandemic. In that sense, know who will receive this benefit in October.
We must mention that this economic benefit will be delivered at the beginning of October through deposit in an account, digital wallet, DNI account of the Banco de la Nación, and window collection for people who meet the following requirements.
Who will receive the Food Bonus?
According to the regulation published in the Diario El Peruano, adults included in the National Registry for COVID-19 measures, considered poor or extreme poor by the Focalization System for Homes (Sisfoh) of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis), will receive this subsidy.
In addition, members of the social programs Juntos, Contigo, and Pensión 65 will receive this economic benefit of 270 soles.
Is there a link to check the Food Bonus?
At the moment, there is no official link for the Food Bonus for people to check with their DNI number if they will receive the subsidy. However, the authorities mentioned that delivery will be made starting from the first days of October.
