André completed the six stages in 13:09:17 hours, 27 minutes behind the leader, and had the luxury of winning the first stage, from Lima to Huancayo aboard his Ford Fiesta N5 with experienced co-driver Juan Pedro Cilloniz.
"We are satisfied with the result obtained in Caminos del Inca. We started in first place and then were overtaken by Nico Fuchs and Eduardo Castro, who are very fast world-class drivers. From the third stage, we were already in third place, and our goal has been to maintain that position," said the driver.
The Tracusa Racing Team, sponsored by the Volt brand, celebrated on the winners podium not only with André Martínez as the NIT leader but also with Jorge Martínez, who finished in third place, along with his co-driver Hernán Vargas, who came from Paraguay to compete in Caminos del Inca.
It was precisely Jesús López, general manager of Aje Peru, who presented them with the awards for their positions achieved in Caminos del Inca. The Volt brand was present at each arrival, providing energy drinks to each competitor.
