Situation at the Stadium Carlos Vega Villalba
The events in the stands of the Carlos Vega Villalba Stadium on Saturday night, during the first leg of the Second Division season final between the Autonomous University of Zacatecas and the Tampico-Madero Brave Crab, mainly resulted in the lack of personnel to safeguard the attendees.
More than 12,000 people, mostly with free entry authorized by the aforementioned university, attended the match that determines the best team in this category of Mexican soccer. However, it was in the stands of the sol section where local fans knocked down a barrier to attack the visiting cheerleaders.

Without being a high-risk match, it was determined in the security meeting led by the administrations, as well as the Premier League and the security staff of said state, to have only 36 private personnel, all women, to take care of the attendees who filled the stands minutes after the initial whistle.
These incidents left several injured, mostly Brave Crab fans, particularly the elderly and even women, as well as a crisis among minors who were traveling to the venue for this commitment.
It was 20 minutes after the match was stopped, in which players from both teams had to intervene to protect the integrity of the people in the stands, when the Zacatecas State Police personnel appeared. Later, Tampico-Madero officials met with the travelers to define the return route to the southern area of Tamaulipas.
Fans of the Jaiba Brava were injured in the fight during the Second Division final at the Zacatecas stadium.
