The suspension breakage delayed Peruvian Nicolás Fuchs in the Rally Mexico of the World Rally Championship.

Nicolás Fuchs had a bittersweet day at the Rally Mexico, in the third round of the World Rally Championship. The Peruvian pilot won three stages in the morning, but in the afternoon he suffered a breakdown that set him back.

After becoming the WRC2 leader in the morning, in the first stage of the afternoon, he hit a rock and broke the right rear suspension, which forced them to stop and repair.

With this, the Finnish driver Teemu Suninen, who also races with a Skoda Fabia, became the category leader with a lead of over seven minutes over Nicolás Fuchs. Both can be seen in the video on stage six, on the streets of the city of León.

The day was also tough for Armin Kremer. The German driver suffered a breakdown that made him lose over an hour, practically saying goodbye to the points positions.

Tomorrow, Saturday, there will be nine more stages, with a total of 152 kilometers timed, where the Peruvian will seek to fight for the first place in the category in the event he debuts this season.
