I don’t have any hard and fast rules when it comes to filling out my official All-Star ballot. It’s about blending every piece of information available. Statistical analysis. The eye test. Personal preference. Team record. It all matters to some degree. It’s not an even-across-the-board percentage breakdown either. It’s also not about past accomplishments.
