In Guayaquil, Quito, Machala, and Macas, the accreditation and revalidation for basketball technicians will take place, organized by the Ecuadorian Federation of this sport, the national entity detailed in a press release.
In Guayaquil, the course will be on March 2nd, at Fedenador, for theoretical classes; and at the Honorato Haro Foundation, for practical classes; in Quito, the process will take place from March 9th to 11th; while in Machala and Macas, it will be held from March 16th to 18th, with the possibility of replicating the program in other provinces.
The tutoring will be led by Argentine Luciano Martínez, technical head of the Ecuadorian basketball team; and will be accompanied by professors Miguel Salvitelli from Argentina, and Ecuadorian John Escalante.
Last year, the accreditation was carried out with the guidance of Nelson Isley, FIBA instructor, former NBA player in the 60s, and coach of Peru, Virgin Islands, Barbados, and Mozambique. (D)
