How will the Seahawks replace safeties Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs? Will they re-sign defensive lineman Leonard Williams? Where will Bobby Wagner end up?
The answers to those questions and more will come over the next few days as the NFL free agent signing period gets under way — the first for the Seahawks under head coach Mike Macdonald and with John Schneider holding the title of president of football operations and calling all the personnel shots.
You can follow all the news here as we will update this space continually with all the moves once the “legal tampering” period begins Monday at 9 a.m. PT and as the week continues with signings allowed to become official when the new league year begins Wednesday at 1 p.m.
We’ll also offer some analysis and other news and notes along the way.
As a reminder, the Seahawks enter free agency with just over $42 million in cap space, and about $34 million when accounting for money needed for draft picks, injured reserve and the practice squad.

Roughly two hours into free agency Monday, the Seahawks suffered their first loss as it was reported tight end Colby Parkinson will sign with the Rams.
ESPN reported Parkinson has agreed to a three-year deal worth up to $22.5 million, with $15.5 million guaranteed.
Parkinson had just completed his four-year rookie deal in which he made $3.965 million.
The deal represents something of a homecoming as Parkinson is from the LA suburb of Simi Valley.
Parkinson, 24, was Seattle’s seventh-leading receiver last season with 25 receptions for 247 yards and two TDs.
Seattle has only one tight end under contract, Tyler Mabry, with Noah Fant also a UFA and the team having released Will Dissly last week.

To get ready for this opening of free agency, the Seahawks made some moves to create cap space.

Special-teams ace Nick Bellore was released.
Contracts for receivers Tyler Lockett and Dee Eskridge were restructured.
Nose tackle Bryan Mone was released.
And in a big shake up, safeties Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs were released along with tight end Will Dissly.
